On behalf of our members, the Family Reource Centre National Forum is calling on Government to make a strategic investment in Family Resource Centres in Budget 2027.
Demand is rising. Waiting lists are growing. Services are under increasing pressure.
We are asking Government to:
  • Increase core funding to a minimum of €255,000 per FRC
  • Establish a dedicated capital funding stream for FRCs
  • Provide urgent Investment in counselling & therapeutic supports
  • Investment in prevention and early intervention works — reducing long-term costs while building stronger, healthier communities.
Now is the time to fund what works. Please share with relevant individuals.
