Family Resource Centres are at the heart of communities across Ireland, supporting, strengthening and empowering children, families and individuals every day.
On behalf of our members, the Family Reource Centre National Forum is calling on Government to make a strategic investment in Family Resource Centres in Budget 2027.
Demand is rising. Waiting lists are growing. Services are under increasing pressure.
We are asking Government to:

Increase core funding to a minimum of €255,000 per FRC
Establish a dedicated capital funding stream for FRCs
Provide urgent Investment in counselling & therapeutic supports
Investment in prevention and early intervention works — reducing long-term costs while building stronger, healthier communities.

Now is the time to fund what works. Please share with relevant individuals.
